US Awaiting You provides an AI-powered immigration platform designed for individuals, employers, and law firms. The Service includes visa eligibility assessment, AI document generation, guided questionnaires, case tracking, and an attorney review marketplace.

3. Not Legal Advice

The Service is an AI-powered immigration assistance tool and does not constitute legal advice. AI-generated content, suggestions, and analysis provided through the platform are for informational purposes only and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before use. US Awaiting You is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. US Awaiting You is a product of Anureka Inc., a Delaware corporation.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Awaiting You, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
